Piloxing Knockout is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class which incorporates standing Pilates principles and Boxing. It’s a 45-minute workout, a total body-workout influenced by plyometrics, sports conditioning drills and functional training. Piloxing combines the movements of Pilates and traditional boxing to provide a high-energy interval workout. Weighted gloves are used to help tone the arms, whilst energetic boxing moves improve cardiovascular fitness and Pilates movements help to sculpt the body and improve flexibility.
