Biography

Supansa Chantasuwan (Sally) is the only female coach in Thanyapura’s Fitness Team, and she is strong both physically and mentally. She specialises in fitness workouts, muscle building and Muay Thai, and teaches Fitball, Bootcamp, PM Pump, Active Recovery, X-treme Rally, Muay Thai Ladies, Kettlebell Workout, and Abs & Core. While her classes are always hard, they are also always fun. Her fitness workouts for women are particularly popular, and can cater for many different levels of athleticism.

Coach Sally ensures that all her clients are enjoying themselves, and are happy with their progress from training with her. In addition to exercise, Coach Sally can also advise on nutritional topics. She has been in Phuket since 2008, and is a certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist.
