THANYAPURA ONLINE TRIATHLON COACHING

Welcome to Thanyapura Online Triathlon Coaching, a service that will extend Thanyapura’s commitment to provide world-class training guide and support to all goal-oriented triathletes everywhere.

With our vision of providing athletes with dedicated coaching by expert professionals, we extend Thanyapura’s onsite Triathlon trainng camps, by offering an online coaching facility. Our various triathlon training programs are suited to fulfill your needs, based on your goal and budget.

Under the tutelage of the coaches at Thanyapura, the Thanyapura Triathlon Team won 12 titles in the 2016 Asian professional racing circuit. World-class Professional triathletes like 2-time Ironman 70.3 World Champion Michael Raelert and multiple Ironman and Challenge Champion Fredrik Croneberg have at one time or another spent a training camp inside Thanyapura’s world class facilities.

Our goal is to give you maximum results and responsive communication from the coaches here in Thanyapura by giving you all-year round guidance and support in your training, whether you are doing your work-outs in your home, or anywhere else in the world.

TRAINING PLANS

Thanyapura has partnered up with ironguides and will be offering canned training plans based on events and distance. This is a good option if you don’t want a personalized training plan, but still want to follow a training structure.

All ironguides Triathlon Training Manuals are detailed and specifically designed to maximize the effectiveness of your training – no matter how many or how few hours you train! By following The Method, our plans ensure that you maintain stable energy levels, recover optimally between sessions and train in a way that is sustainable and highly effective. Each Training Plan includes:
