Improve your movement and coordination with Muay Thai, the national sport of Thailand. Learn authentic Muay Thai techniques that use the fists, elbows, knees and feet for offensive and defensive moves. Whilst originally a fighting tactic, Muay Thai or ‘The Art of 8 Limbs’ offers its students a medium to high intensity session that improves strength and increases endurance. Each student will develop their skills through challenges designed to refine movement, precision and fluidity. Certificates will be given to all students who complete 11 sessions. The JDP Muay Thai program is an ideal opportunity to get fit and learn more about the rich Thai culture at the same time.
