FITNESS CLASSES

Thanyapura’s fitness centre hosts more than 80 scheduled fitness classes every week, from Boot Camp and Cardio to Step Training and Core.

Our 900 square-metre air-conditioned fitness centre feature high-performance training areas and studios with the latest fitness equipment from Technogym, plus an extended range of free weights and cardio equipment.

We also have purpose-built studios for; Yoga, Pilates, Dance, PowerPlate, Spin Class & Muay Thai.  All classes are led by our expert professional coaches and personal trainers.

Fitness Classes are included for all Thanyapura Club Members and Resort guests.
