FITNESS CLASSES

Thanyapura’s fitness centre hosts more than 80 scheduled fitness classes every week, from Boot Camp and Cardio to Step Training and Core.

Our 900 square-metre air-conditioned fitness centre feature high-performance training areas and studios with the latest fitness equipment from Technogym, plus an extended range of free weights and cardio equipment.

We also have purpose-built studios for; Yoga, Pilates, Dance, PowerPlate, Spin Class & Muay Thai.  All classes are led by our expert professional coaches and personal trainers.

Fitness Classes are included for all Thanyapura Club Members and Resort guests.

Step Toning Class

ATTENTION PLEASE!

There will be no fitness classes operated as per the details below:
– No Abs Workout at 9.40 am – 10.10 am on Sunday, 14th February 2018
– No X-Fit Session at 08.30 am – 09.25 am on Tuesday, 20th February 2018

Swim Endurance Technique Session on the following dates have been rescheduled to 3.00 pm – 4.00 pm
– Tuesday, 13th February 2018
– Friday, 16th February 2018
