Triathlon Activities
We cover all three disciplines with swim, bike and run private lessons and daily group classes. Bring your own bike or rent one of ours and join us on a scenic bike expedition on Phuket’s outstanding roads. Swim in Phuket’s pristine waters or in our 50m Olympic or 25m pool. There’s a lot going on all year round.

Very good tennis courts, gym and pools. Very sporty atmosphere and a nice crowd (we stayed over Christmas and New Year). Many national swimming teams have camps here during northern hemisphere winter.
The coaches a very good (I have taken tennis and swimming classes)
Only minus is the found which gets a bit mundane after a few days. There is a good simple Thai restaurant 10 minutes walk from the sports center entrance. Also keep in mind that the location is far away from other places.
For me the perfect holiday in Phuket is half time at Thanyapura and half time on the beach. He is very creative in progressing sessions, making them fun and challenging at the same time. I never liked working out before. And since getting pregnant with my first child I hadn’t worked out for almost 4 years and before that I only worked out maybe once a month. By the end of my work day, I was always too tired and too lazy to get to the gym, let alone actually work out. And eating healthily did not come naturally to me. Mark helped me ease my way into working out and eating a balanced diet. He went at the pace that I was comfortable with and before I knew it, I was looking and feeling so much better. Most importantly, I was getting strong and toner which was exactly what I wanted. Mark pushed me slowly to do more and more and helped me push myself to new limits. It was so much more enjoyable than I had ever imagined. I get excited to see him, it’s like spending an hour with a good friend, we chat, we laugh all the while getting a great work out.
