Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.

The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries. It reduces depression, stresa and anxiety, helps you to stop poor habits. increases energy and get rid of migranes, improves cardiovascular health.

This class is for intermediate and advanced level.

  • All classes are on “First Come, First Serve” basis and subject to availability
  • Please be ready 10 mins before classes start to ensure they run on time
  • We provide yoga mats or you can bring your own mat.
