All of our Fitness group classes are available at no additional fee to our hotel guest and members, and are run in safe, clean and socially distant environments.
We’re known for our amazing fitness team! Every one of our fitness instructors brings their own unique set of skills, experience and fitness training techniques from all over the world. Our instructors can tailor a fun and safe program suited just for you.
Thanyapura’s expansive fitness facilities include an indoor spinning room, two large indoor fitness studios, a 900 sqm indoor weight lifting gym, a second 900 sqm indoor cardio-focused gym, covered outdoor free weights & crossfit style gym, a Muay Thai stadium with boxing training area, and various covered and uncovered outdoor fitness zones allowing you to choose a different view each time you work out!
