Thanyapura Sports & Health Resort, Phuket has world class tennis facilities perfect for groups, teams, individuals and more. From daily group classes to personal training for both kids and adults, there is a lot to do on our courts!


Fitness Studios

Studios are used for group stretching, aero boxing and pilates, hip hop dance, aerobics or step toning classes.

Fitness Centre

Consists of 450-sqm air-conditioned area for free weights exercises in order to develop your strength and size of skeletal muscles & an area for cardio exercises (low to high intensity).

Cardio Zone at Thanyapura

Beach Volleyball

The 720-sqm Beach Volleyball pitch allows up to games of 12 persons, six on each team. The pitch is 38 metres in width and height.

Xtreme Box

The Birdcage houses all the equipment needed for X Fit classes. Build functional muscle with a “Workout of the Day” to emphasise core stability.

Spinning Class at Thanyapura

Spinning Studio

(56 sqm) offers a unique setting to push and inspire you. Coaches choose upbeat music during interval training designed to tone calves and thighs.

Muay Thai Stadium

Thanyapura Muay Thai training facilities (170 sqm) offer a ring, pads, shin guards, gloves, hand wraps and heavy jumping ropes.


Project Xtreme

Test your strength and endurance across 17 activity stations in Project Xtreme’s Boot Camp and Assault Course. The area is 8,028 square meters.

Yoga Studio

(55 sq.m.) We offer multiple types of yoga classes in both group and one-on-one settings. Other locations such as the lawn are also available upon request.
