Coach Jay

Jay Perera specialises in yoga, fitness workouts and Muay Thai. He teaches Sunrise Station, Deep Stretch, TRX and Muay Thai Fit at Thanyapura, and enjoys helping his clients to push themselves harder and be better. While he may seem serious at first, he is incredibly easy-going, and always ready to listen. Each class he runs is based around what his clients would like to focus on.

Coach Jay is originally from Sri Lanka, and was previously a Fitness Manager, Health Club Assistant Manager and Personal Trainer & Workout Designer at Oceania Fitness Centre. He holds over a decade of experience and an educational background in fitness, Thai boxing and yoga. Coach Jay delivers the very best for all his clients that are looking to live healthier, happier, more balanced lives.
