Thanyapura Sports & Health Resort Changshu is Located next to the beautiful Kuncheng Lake, the new project in FinTech Island will be a large mixed use development comprising 240 rooms hotel, an 80 unit serviced apartment building, a conference centre, sports complex, lifestyle medicine clinic and eight individually themed restaurants. The complex will support the communities in FinTech Island and Changshu and will attract families and corporate clients from the Yangtze Delta area looking for an escape from the city.

Thanyapura Resorts will manage the design and planning process and introduce a wave of new features and concepts that combine smart technologies, sustainable practices and healthy living. Construction of the new Changshu development will begin in the fall 2020 and will be completed in October 2023.
