Our mind trainers will walk you through mindfulness, meditation, breathing and many other techniques to help you calm your mind and find your centre.
Our mind training facilities in the Wellness Centre are calm, serene and perfectly situated to help you focus on yourself. You’ll hear only birds and the wind as you become more mindful of yourself around our beautiful property. Our mind trainers will guide you through every experience either one-on-one or in a group setting, and we are capable of accepting individuals or groups.
Mind & Meditation Classes are included for all members and Resort guests.
