  • Meditation Class with Pierre is available during 1-7 and 22-31 AUGUST 2018 ONLY.
  • Open Meditation on your own Class will replace Guided Meditation at 02:00 PM during 8-21 AUGUST 2018.

SOMATIZATION OF EMOTIONS AND MEDITATION

Our thoughts are never completely rational. They always come with an emotional component attached to them. Everything we think manifests itself within our bodies, and, once manifested, we usually fall into a conceptual and habitual series of thoughts.

Meditation can be used as a tool to return to a purer perception of these sensations. The result is a calmness of the mind. The body and the mind will become allies, with mental chattering diminishing, allowing us to live in a world with reduced levels of fear, anxiety, anger, sadness and craving.

Duration: 1 hour
Cost: 2000 baht

  • RETREAT CONDITIONS: During the retreat, in order to enjoy a fulfilling period of quietness and serenity, there will be no use of electronic communication and maintaining an atmosphere of silence between the participants is warmly recommended.
