Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a high energy cardio class pushing the participants to their limits. A variety of tennis strokes are combined with lots of movements and running. The movements and high energy class is combined with music pushing each player to their limit. The players will focus on target hitting skills by using specific equipment provided by the coaches.

  • Classes, coaches and venues are subject to change due to availability.
  • Reservations must be made with Club Services and acceptance into the class will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Please be ready 10 mins before classes start to ensure they run on time.
