ABOUT OUR INSTRUCTOR:
Arnell Tiongco Garcia (Daniel) is both a Fitness Coach and Yoga Instructor at Thanyapura. He is a former professional dancer specializing in Jazz and Contemporary styles, and spent 20 years travelling the world, competing in international dance competitions and touring for events. Daniel was also part of Douglas Nierras Powerdance, a renowned jazz dance company residing in the Philippines, whose dance is titled “Sayaw ng mga Puso at Kaluluwa” (Dances with the heart and soul). He is fully certified in Yoga teaching, and specialises in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga practices.
