August Update – Fitness

With the introduction of three new classes on our August group schedule, we will be able to continue satisfying member demands for new classes. Try these classes out now: Abs, Foam Rolling, and Aeroboxing!

We also have new equipment for our Yoga and Xfit classes. Spinning as always is full and a popular class thanks to our awesome coach A.

In the coming weeks we will be launching a 12-week body transformation challenge for staff, guests, and members. Further details to come!
