Football Academy
Our Football Academy is managed by Phuket Soccer Schools (PSS), with sessions aimed at developing players through individual skills practices, fun challenges and small sided games (SSG's).
PSS has a structured syllabus and offers programs specific to each age group and each ability level of the different ages. We run a "Coaching Program" which focuses on fun, fitness and learning through Co-Curricular/After School Sessions etc. Boys and girls of all abilities can join any of these classes catering to their age group. We also run an "Academy Program" that is available through an invite or trial to dedicated, elite players. This program offers advanced, professional training with opportunities to represent PSS Academy Teams in local, regional and international tournaments or matches.
Martin Hill, Head Coach – Phuket Soccer SchoolsMartin Hill is a professionally qualified coach holding both FA and National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) advanced qualifications. Martin spent 8 years in America coaching in over 30 states for the MLS Camps, winning Coach of the year in 2003. He moved on from America to work in Thailand where he has been for the last 5 years. During this time he coached at a number of International schools through a different coaching company. This year whilst coaching in Phuket, Martin decided that the Island footballing youth was ready to embrace a new, innovative football school and therefore established Phuket Soccer Schools which emphasis on players learning through discovery and Small Sided Games.
