This class will be based on fundamental movements which can be transferred to any sport. Athletes of all levels will benefit from sports conditioning drills. Focus will be mostly on agility, coordination, core and of course conditioning! Transfer your new fitness level to your sport!
- Suspension Training - What is this?
Ok, this is a form of resistance training which includes bodyweight exercises. A variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements will be performed. The goal here is to develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously. Auxiliary exercises may be included.
