ADMISSIONS PROCEDURES

All families are welcome to visit Phuket International Academy Day School.  The school is open to visitors throughout the year, but in order to see when the school is in session, please refer to the current calendar.

Application forms can either be collected from the Admissions Office, or can be downloaded here. Along with the application forms, the following should be submitted;

  • Original copies of the student’s last two school reports (translated into English if written in another language).
  • A recent photograph, passport size.
  • A copy of the student’s birth certificate, or a copy of the student’s passport details.
Students in Grades 3 to 9 will be required to sit placement tests in both literacy and mathematics. Where possible, all students will be required to spend some time in the relevant grade level classroom before acceptance is determined.
 
Once all the supporting documentation is collected, the Head of School will make a final decision on acceptance.
