Technogym Wellness System: Thanyapura Sports and Leisure Club is proud to offer members access to the Technogym Wellness System. Used by over 2 million people around the world, this system will help you to achieve your fitness goals. The Wellness System is an integrated wireless technology software application that allows you to view personal goals, exercise programs and progress through the use of a Smartkey. Through this personalized experience, the Wellness System provides you with an individual fitness assessment, giving you the starting point for creating a personalized workout program. As a result, you will experience increased motivation through clearly defined routines to follow and constant feedback on your progress.

Use of the Wellness System is free of charge for Lifestyle and Fitness Members. All Members must undertake the physical tests before commencing their Wellness System exercise programme.

 

Kinesis: Kinesis works your body efficiently, requiring muscle stablization during each movement, while at the same time allowing and encouraging free movement through a full range of motion. As our trainers introduce you to Kinesis, you'll improve flexibility, balance and strength.

Power Plate: TSLC is proud to offer the only Power Plate classes on the island of Phuket. Power Plate machines are state-of-the-art devices that help users stretch, strengthen, massage and relax their bodies. Power Plate machines vibrate when you exercise, increasing the acceleration on the body up to 6 times the force of gravity, and activating muscle contractions between 25 and 50 times per second. We offer "Booty Camp" classes running regularly throughout the week for you to experience this training phenomenon under the expert instruction of our Power Plate certified trainers. The brief yet intense 25 minute workouts ensure you accelerated results within a small timeframe. Private sessions are also available upon request.
