WHAT IS CLEAN FOOD?

Clean dishes consist of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, healthy proteins and healthy fats (think fish and lean meats) that are cooked with the simplest methods. Clean food dishes are either grilled, baked, boiled, and sauteed – but never fried.
