RETREAT REQUIREMENTS: There are no particular prerequisites nor the need for previous physical preparation to successfully enjoy the retreat.

RETREAT CONDITIONS: During the retreat, in order to enjoy a fulfilling period of quietness and serenity, there will be no use of electronic communication and maintaining an atmosphere of silence between the participants is warmly recommended.

ATTENTIONAL TRAINING RETREAT

 

Minimum 3 Days

 

Training designed to calm the habitual tendency to mental restlessness and enhance the faculty of attention.

The day starts with the morning session in which we learn to settle our entire being – body and mind – into a state of complete tranquility and to maintain that very physical and mental calmness and clarity through the day.  During the following sessions of gradual training we’ll learn how to stabilize our own attention and awareness while our inner state of peace and wellbeing will become more and more profound.

MINDFULNESS TRAINING RETREAT

 

Minimum 4 Days

 

Training designed to calm the tendency to unconscious emotional and physiological reactions and enhance the mental state of mindfulness.

Retreat starts with sessions in which we apply deep relaxation techniques and learn to release any tension in the body completely and bring the nervous system to rest.

In a process of gradual development we’ll learn to extend this peaceful state of enhanced mindfulness towards the body, feelings and mind restoring our cognitive and emotional balance.

By gradually enhancing our inner clarity, insight, and understanding we’ll be able to recognize and step away from habitual, often unconscious emotional and physiological reactions to everyday events and we’ll be peacefully fully present in our life and work, thus improving our quality of life.
